Positives: The location was top-notch. Times Square is just 5-10 minutes walk away. There are multiple options to eat nearby, and the hotel was very comfortable to stay after touring the city around. Subway is also a few minutes away to explore other parts of the city, and the staff were also very helpful if you needed anything. There was a USB charging port in the room, which was a lifesaver for people who live outside the US.
Negatives: The security deposit mentioned on Booking.com was 100$, but instead, I was told during check-in that it is 300$. So please prepare your finances accordingly. Information needs to be clear on this.

Positives: Very good location, close to central park & close to broadway theatre. If you have a room facing the backyard, it would be quiet.
Negatives: Cleaning service did not come, although we specifically requested this at the front desk and the officer noted down our room number. There was a noisy generator next to our room, that disturbed us all night long.
