We are trying to ask to leave 2 luggages during our trip to Chicago and will come back to check in again. Staffs at the front desk can’t make the decision and keep saying that we have to ask the manager (who we never met during our stay)
After we checked out on on Aug 11 , we still not get the deposit back in our card yet.
