Positives: The location of this Hotel is great, it is right in the heart of Time Square and we were able to reach all of our tourist destinations easily.
Negatives: The front desk staff was absolutely terrible, disrespectful and vengeful. We try to stay at Hiltons as much as possible and after this experience we might not go back to a Hilton for quite a while. I have never had an experience like this with staff in my countless years of travel.
