Positives:
Loved the location, the comfort of the beds, the shower was very hot with great pressure.
Negatives:
The restaurant was awful. The breakfast buffet looked horrible so we ordered a la carte, which was a smart move, we ordered dinner there and the pasta was overcooked and the salad was small.
They performed fire alarm testing but didn’t warn us and came in at 10am and I was still in bed. Also they didn’t clean our room one day after coming in at 9am while we were still in bed.

The elevator service--was on the 16th floor and waited 3 times for the elevator to take us downstairs. Each time the elevator was too full for us to get on. We walked down all 16 floors.

We came in to pick up our bags and a “woman from corporate” berated us accusing us of not being guests of the hotel and we couldn’t use the bathroom. Then had the audacity to ask if we wanted points after she realized we were guests. Completely inappropriate. Feel free to contact me about this out of touch woman you have representing your hotel.
