Positives: The hotel is situated in Tribeca, adjacent to SoHo. Nearby subway stations. I stayed there with my two children, ages 9 and 11. The staff was wonderful - very helpful and nice. The room met our needs - very comfortable beds, great TV, very clean.
Negatives: We had a small clog in the bathroom sink, which was promptly fixed. With as many suitcases as we had, the room felt a bit tight, but not too bad.
