We didn't have breakfast but was happy for the 35.00 a day we could use at Marketplace on the property.
Negatives:
I could not break up the booking when I as booking the room so I booked 3 nights for 4 people instead of 1 night for 3, 1 night for 4 and 1 night for 2. My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed the first night (3) then my sister joined the next day (4) and my daughter and granddaughter left in the morning and it was just my sister and I the third night. This was arranged and planned that way. I asked at the desk and they said I should take it up with Booking.com whom I booked with. I would have paid less instead of paying for 4 people for 3 nights. I could not break up the booking online when I was booking.

The property is close to everything in Times Square. Location wise a great place for the hustle and bustle of NYC.
Negatives:
Guests receive a $35 credit for every night of their stay which would normally be great. Considering that a small bottle of water is $5.00 and the other items are so ridiculously expensive. I guess it’s the thought that counts.

The property is absolutely stunning. The main reason is location and friendly/professional staff.

Negatives:
Unfortunately, it is obvious that the property is older and was not renovated-talking about the rooms. Our room was visibly overused with several scratches on the furniture as well as few permanent stains on the carpet. However, it has nothing to do with housekeeping-it was on point and precious.
There is lobby under the construction, so I have a feeling that the property will be soon completely renovated (rooms included).

Just standard hotel nothing special.
Negatives:
I didn't like how this place is a scam made me do a 200 dollar security deposit. Just after me paying, they said they would not be giving this money back. Instead, they would give me credit for their overpriced breakfast each day. If you didn't use your credit, then you would lose the money even though you technically already lost it. So their breakfast is mandatory and charging me a bike fee even though I didn't use a bike.
