The entire hotel was under renovation. A ?know before you go? email would?ve been great.

Under renovation and only restaurant was $49 breakfast buffet and RIPOFF $35 per day charge which ad to be made for food in a poor makeshift lobby limited gift shop - often unmanned. Terrible treatment as a guest.

Location, quality of the room and $35 credit for breakfast. Room was spacious and very clean for Time Square area, the fragrance in the room makes it feels luxurious and relax my nerve right away. Front desk and Market employee was very polite and nice.

The hotel was under renovations and heavy construction and the entire hotel was closed. No gym, no bad, no restaurant, no food, no snacks, no vending machines. And only one elevator

Room was ready when we arrived but was told it would cost $50.00 to get in before 4:00 PM. Ridiculous!!!!!!
Also to charge $5.95 in the lobby for a bottle of Coke is highway robbery.
Doubt I'd ever stay at a Hilton again!!!!
