The room was large and clean. All staff interactions were excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was excellent!
Negatives:
Regulations check in lobby was under construction, and there was no place together in the lobby that was not very crowded. There was no place to sit other than the breakfast area, which was only available after noon. The hotel charges a “destination fee“ of $35 per day. You are allowed to use that in the store, but everything in the store is way overpriced. Three candy bars cost $33.

Very ugly customer service stayed there for 13 days with 2 different bookings on the same room
Customer service was trying to up change till I catch her and had a bib problem giving water from behind the counter which cost 20 cents for the customer who spend almost $5000 fir the stay.
