Property was closed to everything tourists want to do. If that's what you’re into. You could walk anywhere from this location or take the subway.
The staff was amazing at all hours, from 12am to 11:59pm.
Tiffany was awesome!
Negatives:
No complaints about the property. It's in a perfect location, but be mindful that this area is very lively at all hours. Bars nearby, recreational shops, and other rowdy places.
I would say it's better to book through the Holiday Inn/IHG app to get some perks. It's a great location if you're looking to stay close to everything and you don't mind all the "sleeplessness" of NYC.

Positives:
While the hotel was not new and a bit worn here and there, it was very well cleaned. The desk staff were really excellent and cared about looking after guests. Housekeeping was also excellent.
Negatives:
The air conditioner in the room was far too noisy, especially at night. Even arriving early to breakfast, the space was too cramped to get anything you wanted. Selection was very limited and low quality.

Location was great! Nice property for the money. Clean. Staff responsive. Rooms are small but definitely adequate. Breakfast was really nice and added value to our stay. Our Son’s wedding was over the weekend and this hotel was affordable for all guests which we appreciated.
