It was a pleasant stay. We both wanted to relax, and this property was perfect for Relaxation and going out, as it is a 10-minute walk to Time Square. Just take a walkout for 4 minutes, and you enter the happening eventful area :)

Hello, I wanted to share some elements during our stay that made it more or less pleasant.
1. Upon arrival, we were told that there was no room available for 4. And they were not sure that the room planned for us was actually clean.
2. There was no towel in the room. We had to request it from the front desk and waited for 20 minutes.
3. The shower drain was completely blocked and it stays like this for the 3 days regardless our request.
4. We asked for an intervention regarding this issue. We were told that the plumber’s shift start at 2am.
5. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty (blood). We asked for everything to be corrected on Saturday during the day.
7. On Saturday night upon arrival at 9pm we noticed that nothing had been done and the bed was made upside down to hide the stains.
8. We asked at the front desk to get an update on this (especially for the shower, that we could barely use) we were told that someone will be coming in 10 minutes
9. 45 minutes after still nobody, finally ending up to wait forever as nobody showed up this night.

VERY POOR SECURITY. My keycard deactivated each time I left the room. The overnight clerk just recharged the key card without asking for any ID or taking any other security measures. The manager on duty the next day was VERY CAVALIER about the incident, and I think he deactivated my card on purpose. The whole experience made me feel very unwelcome and unsafe.
