The rooms were extremely small, literally no room and almost impossible with cases! But It is what it is, I wouldn’t not recommend, the staff were amazing and really lovely and the locations suited us. We were only there for 3 nights so it still did the purpose. If we were staying any longer we would have needed bigger space.

Close to Penn station. Walkable to neighborhoods like the west village, Nolita, etc.
Negatives:
Desk staff made me hold for a phone call while I was trying to check in (waiting more than a few minutes) Garbage left in elevators. Halls cluttered with maintenance equipment. Basic amenities, like water in the lobby, werent available (water dispenser was empty during my entire stay.

They didn’t honour our booking so when we got there they told us we had no reservation, even when I showed them the confirmation. They were rude and unhelpful, and flatly refused to help us, saying there was nothing they could do and it wasn’t their problem.

The hotel does not seem to trust booking.com and I was advised that i have to pay 50 dollars before checking in as they do not always receive the tax from booking.com. It took me by surprise as this has never happened before and hence i made a prepayment . Breakfast was suppose to be included as per advertisement but i was only served breakfast once as per my compromise with the hotel
