Nothing because i booked the room when i reached there they said we don’t have your booking. So after a long flight i had to go and pay another hotel. Again.

The breakfast outside hotel, the elevators very bad and only two tiny ones for hundreds of people using them daily, tiny rooms. I asked for one king room with one king bed , and instead I've got a small room with two queen beds, after months of reservations. Basically it was a motel, and not a hotel. I searched and paid for 4 star hotel, $345 a night, and I've got 3 star motel. With the same amount of money, I can reserve a hotel room with Wynns resort in Las Vegas. Comparing it with my previous reservation at Munich, Germany's Holiday Inn and the New York Holiday Inn, 360 degree difference.
