Most disappointing was at Checkout time the attendend was very slow and didn’t understand my reservation .I checked out 3 days prior and actually was charging for 10 days
Also in my room the shower area as per the size of room was very tiny,my couldn’t shower properly as for me also was very difficult to apply the shower,

We get a room with a view, and that was amazing. I loved that you could walk anywhere from the hotel within 10 minutes. Breakfast was very good and it changed everyday. Loved the view from the 22 floor!!! Overall the hotel was worth the money. Would still choose to stay in a night/nights again!
Negatives:
Sometimes we waited 10minutes for the elevators and still ended up getting a stairs. Breakfast was always soooo growded, but still managed everytime to get a sitting spot. And the addicts that stayed in front of the hotel at nights were a little bit scary.

Price is fair and staff very nice. Room was very clean and cleaning staff do an awesome job. Ten minute walk to subway. Centrally located. Shower was nice. Bed comfortable. Full kitchenette area.
Negatives:
The pillows are insanely soft so I had to sleep on a towel. The hotel is located across from a harms reduction center so there are a lot of homeless people and drug addicts around the hotel which is a lot of NYC but especially in that area and in Times Square. Rooftop is non smoking just fyi. A view is not a view. Window opens about three inches and blinds were torn.
