The room was large, and the location was central, but in an area of high vagrancy.
Negatives:
Many housekeeping problems, there was no plug for the sink, no dish cloth or sponge, empty shower gel, no face clothes. We never managed to get any coffee for the machine in the room despite repeated requests. The maid turned up to service the room at 5:30 pm, I think this was too late, the front desk disagreed, and informed me that there was no fixed time. The breakfast room is too small, and the quality of the breakfast was poor.

The elevators were very slow and alot of paitane was required , 5 to 10 min to go out from the hotel in the peak hour.

The room was spacious for NY standards and had everything we needed.

The surroundings, felt insecure. Some days our room was not cleaned and we had to call for house keeping.
We arrived really tired at midnight and had to wait for two hours because the system was down before a room was assigned. Most of the staff is not very friendly.

This hotel has an excellent location with convenient transportation. The internal facilities are well-equipped, making staying here very convenient. It's also a very friendly hotel, with the lobby manager and restaurant supervisor always attentive to guests' experiences. The staff are willing to help guests. Highly recommended!
