Exceptional
Negatives:
The hotel (and Booking.com) gave us the option of a bigger room with an extra bed, which we took and payed more money for. Then the hotel had the audacity to tell us they have no such rooms and Booking.com, even though I've provided screen grabs of the initial reservation, refuse to do anything about it. Globally, the hotel is alright, just don't get any extra options, since you might lose your money.

Room was clean, we got fresh towels every day. Location is great, close to all atractions, but there were homeless people almost every day. Different breakfast almost every day.
Negatives:
Third bed was not comforfable. Staff was unpleasant most of the time. No vegetables for breakfast.
