I waited an hour for my room to be ready when I checked in at 4:00 and I didn't get the room till 5:00. They charged me for a room that I didn't receive. And I wish they could have compensated me with more than just giving me $150 off my room since I had to wait that long they could have upgraded my room or did something gave me points and the breakfast was not good at all.

The hotel is amazing! We went with our 5yo son and find a hotel with kitchen in NYC is not an easy task.
Breakfast is almost always the same, but it's great to have this option available - as the boxes to grab and go the food in to the rooms.
Staff was excellent, very supportive.
The laundry service was very helpful.
Negatives:
The sofa bed is not comfortable at all, even for a kid. A couple with a kid in a bedroom with 1 bed + sofa bed is not a good idea. The mattress needs to be changed.

They never filled out lotion even though they had notes in rooms asking as well and verified text requests. Junkies shooting up in front of hotel across the street and along sidewalk leading to hotel on same side. Hard to walk safely past with children.
