Positives: not much. The majority of the staff we interacted with was easy to communicate with.
Negatives: This hotel is nowhere near a 4.5 star hotel. It was dirty and did not meet 4.5 star standards. It was closer to a 2.5 star hotel.

Positives: The location of the hotel was great
Negatives: The rooms could use some updating. I found the furniture to be scratched and worn down. Knobs on cabinets were crooked and loose. It was very dusty. The carpet was dark grey which always gives the feeling of a dirty room. Room wasnt as advertised online

Positives: The hotel was literally steps away from grand central station. We live on Long Island so it was very convenient to take the train and drop our luggage off immediately. I loved staying in the area the hotel is. I would never stay in Chelsea or Times Square
Negatives: I booked a trip for my birthday, just my daughter and I but I requested a king bed and we were given a queen. I paid extra for the bed but didnt realize how small the bed was until late in the day.

Negatives: The doors have to be pulled open which can be tough with luggage.

Negatives: We are vegan and we didnt eat at the hotel, would have been nice if the breakfast charge would not apply if the guest is not eating at the hotel at all.
