The worse thing about our stay was not having the room clean two days in a row by House keeping!
We came the first night at 7pm and had to ask reception to ask house keeping to clean our room this was done at 8pm! Their answer was rooms get cleaned until 10pm! That’s just crazy to think you can leave a room uncleaned for all that time and then expect the person to not go to sleep if they want to just or wait for the room to be cleaned!! Luckily we had to go out to dinner and could go somewhere while they cleaned.
Second day we came at 9pm same thing, room wasn’t cleaned, called reception and same thing was said. Then they said they would send someone. We were jet lag last thing we wanted was to stay awake at 9pm to wait for the room to be cleaned. We rubbed out of soap due to the housekeeping not being efficient and checking if we had enough cleaning items.
Overall our experience was extremely unpleasant and very disappointing as a hotel should at least clean their rooms everyday

The location is great to visit NYC. It's close to the subway, which is very convenient.
Negatives:
It's misleading that the breakfast is included. There is no actual breakfast at the hotel, the staff mentioned that people didn't like it and thus they now give 10 USD vouchers per day to use in a specific place.

Great location. The room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi always worked and had all the amenities you would need for a short stay.
Negatives:
We had booked our stay with breakfast included but it appears that breakfast is no longer offered and we were not offered any refund or alternative option.
