Only redeeming features: the hotel's location and the bellmen.
Negatives:
Poor lighting (1 wall fixture), only one bedside lamp, safe didn't work, toilet roll holder installed more than a human arm's length away, shower control temp reversed, grumpy reception desk staff, no TV (2 streaming services offered, with convoluted process to operate). Breakfast not available; voucher offered for a food delivery service that was exceedingly expensive and poor quality.

The room itself was clean and comfortable and the location was good. It was walking distance from lots of sights and attractions, well connected with subways, and close to a supermarket and some food and drink options.
The hotel stored our luggage at no extra charge after checkout so that we could continue exploring the city until it was time to go to the airport, and the member of staff who looked after the luggage was really cheerful, chatty and helpful.
Negatives:
Breakfast wasn't included in our 'breakfast included' booking and the replacement delivery service was inadequate/expensive - even with provided discount vouchers. Hotel staff were dismissive and unhelpful about this so we had to take it up with Booking.com to find a resolution after our stay.
A coffee machine was provided in the room with disposable cups and coffee for the first morning but we asked for more cups and coffee for the next day after housekeeping didn't top them up and we were told they weren't given out.
The terrace was misrepresented in the pics on Booking.com - it's just a small outdoor area with no tables and chairs.
The room only had Netflix and no TV channels, although we were out and about most of the time anyway.
