There was no tv service. I was not made aware of this prior to arriving, nor was I told during check in.

It is really run down and tired. It?s also a construction site. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. It?s also located on a very noisy street with lots of traffic noise.

The view from the top-floor terrace. The front-desk clerk that checked me in was quite nice.

The cable television for the hotel was not working and they did nothing to expedite the repair. It is one thing I count on working at a hotel. It was not working days after I left I was told. Room very dusty. Had to get allergy meds.

I was next to the elevator shaft. It kept me awake.

The staff overall, and hotel employee on the front desk in particular. Hotel employee did a great job in assigning a new room which made my stay much more pleasant than it could have been.

I asked for a change of room because the one I was assigned was right next to a construction site- literally no more than 10 feet away. They began work with a symphony of hammering at 7 am. Disrespectful to customers to even assign a room like this one.

The location was good, Broadway and many shopping opportunities as well as the subway were close by.

The staff is incredibly unfriendly. It seems like we were nothing but a bother, and they didn't even greet us. It was terribly rude and the whole atmosphere was just negative.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was quiet and the location is outstanding.

I would have liked fresh daily towel service. The hotel is definitely on the older side, but very clean.

Only one out of three elevators was running and the elevators are tiny! We spent way too much time waiting on them to take us up or down. The breakfast was pretty lousy as well. Two pastry options and both were stale.

The TVs were old LED models & my remote control did not work part of the time because it didnt seem to be in synch with the programming of the television. I watched TV on my laptop instead, which I was annoyed by.

This hotel had the appearance of a luxury hotel at a great price point. The staff was very friendly, and the room was small but quite comfortable.
Negatives:
There was a very bad smell in the elevator, and the breakfast was disappointing (only fruit, pastries, coffee, and green tea). While the location was perfect for my needs, it was more of a business area and a little desolate at night.
