very bad. totally negative experience. We had also paid for breakfast but it was not served to us. they gave us two $5 vouchers, which couldn't even be used cumulatively, to have a breakfast delivered from an external online site. but the 5 dollars were not even enough to pay for the transport which was 7 dollars, in addition to the very high price of breakfast. we paid for a service, coloration, which in fact was not given to us. We will never return to this terrible facility again. a total disappointment. absolutely not recommended.

Location is good. Clean and big room.

Staff inside the breakfast room keeps on reminding the guest in a loud voice for allowed maximum coffee and muffins. During our whole stay we didn’t sleep well because of someone consistently stomping on the floor in the room above our room.

The staff was very rude and didn’t make any efforts to assist customers who didn’t speak English. Cleanliness levels were overall quite disappointing. It is advertised as having a breakfast option included with the price, however that is not true. They simply do not offer breakfast, only a 10 dollar voucher a day per person, which is definitely not enough considering the prices of the only location that accepts said voucher.

The man who checked us in was incredibly rude on multiple occasions for no reason. The breakfast isn’t a breakfast, it’s 1 pastry.

Instead, they gave us a $10 per person coupon that would be enough to order the breakfast. A water or coffee cost 7 dollars so they were not enough for any breakfast. We tried to order breakfast but the breakfast never came. We had to go out for breakfast instead and pay for it ourselves. I would never have chosen this hotel if I had known that there was no breakfast as we paid extra for this to avoid going out for breakfast in New York as it is very expensive. The staff were very rude and lied to the guests face about everything. Do not recommend anyone to stay here!
