A priority line should be created to access the bakery for the hotel customers - we have waited more than 20-30 min every morning. It’s a bit of a shame; but it worth it (the bakery is managed by a lovely French owner :))

Staff at the reception were exceptional. On the arrival, we received a hand written welcoming note and a box of macaroons . Incredibly helpful and caring. It felt like being at home rather than a hotel. Special thanks to Joelle- her constant care made our stay incredibly pleasant.

The exceptional service provided by Shanies and Marie. They were very attentive to our needs. During our stay, all of our requests were met.

Allure restaurant was lousy. The dinner service was lacking. The food was not that good. The only BRIGHT point was during happy hour while being attended by Simmie. She was exceptional in providing food, dring, and quality service!
