Positives:
This was an iconic hotel nestled in the heart of the upper west side of manhattan. Beautiful decor and close to everything we really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the little bistro that is attached to the hotel for a coffee and croissant in the morning before diverging upon the big apple!
Negatives:
Tight elevators that took 10-15 minutes sometimes and only one bathroom in the family suite. We needed 2 bathrooms for 6 people. Overall it was great just a few minor issues

Positives:
The hotel is beautiful, staff so friendly, and rooms are very nice. The lobby smelled SO GOOD I asked if they had a candle I could buy (they don’t). It has been awhile since I’ve stayed in a hotel that actually felt CLEAN and this one did! The bed was SO comfy it was literally hard for us to get up in the morning because we were sleeping so well.
Negatives:
There are not a lot of good restaurants in the area. Not much open late but that’s the areas fault not the hotel. The bakery connected to the hotel is a little dirty.
