The room was a great size and the check-in staff all very friendly and helpful. It was a good location too and very close to the sub-way.
Negatives:
It can get very busy and there was a long wait for the lift when we checked out. The bar staff could have been a little more helpful. There was also a very long queue for the breakfast bar next door.

That was amazing stay! Hotel on the Broadway, realy close to subway and Central Park (15 minutes walk). On the way to subway (3 minutes walk) - Banksy's Hammer boy (!). A very nice French hotel in a building from the beginning of XXth century. They were cleaning our room everyday, new towels everyday, bottled water in our room, water and ice machine on the level zero for everyone. All the staff kind and very helpful. Special thanks to Maria and hotel Manager as it was not a problem to change a room during our stay. Breakfast in a nearby French cafe - tasty coffee and delicious croissants and baguettes. You can have breakfast sitting outside the cafe and watching people walking on the street - starting their new day - running to work, going out with dogs... The stay was excellent and unforgettable. Thank you all the hotel staff for being there for us! When we go back to NYC, we will definitely stay again in Belleclaire.

Positives:
There is a huge line for breakfast, more than 25 people in a line. Small place to support the hotel, completely undersized. Never more I stay in this hotel The same is applicable for the elevators.
Negatives:
Elevators super small and not enough for the size of the hotel. We needed to use stairs after waiting for 10 min.
