The A/C did not work properly and it was September. Fortunately, the weather in NYC was only 70s so it was bearable.
Negatives:
My wife and I were quite disappointed with our stay. Booking.com showcased a beautiful rooftop bar, which was a major draw for us, but it has been closed since COVID-19. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room did not work well, making our stay uncomfortable. The only saving grace was the excellent location and the friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations overall.

Its okay, I expected better...
Positives:
The location was perfect for my trip agenda. It is on the hotel strip on the busy (and quite beautiful) flower wholesale district street, but because I love plants and flowers, I enjoyed it a lot. The facility is good, not luxurious or fancy type, but clean, safe, friendly and comfortable one. I highly recommend it.

The fridge is in the clothing closet, it was a bit inconvenient but not too bad.

The hotel a/c was not working in several rooms. Seems they don’t repair the a/c system in between reservations. The engineer comes I. To reset the a/c but it only cools for a few hours, until he has to come back to reset again. I heard from several guests they had a/c problems as well.
