Positives:
The location was good. Did like how they asked for deposit & room was already paid for, they said they need the deposit for breakages.! And this could take up to 14 days to return.!!! This day & age.
Negatives:
As above. Also the roof top bar the staff were rude. And one member of staff drank from a bottle of vodka in the bar and put the vodka back & we could tell he was drunk.!

Great location, shower really good.

Room very small - appeared much larger in photographs. Had to pay $300 security deposit (2x150 for 2 rooms) which I was told would be refunded immediately I checked out. At checkout I was told it would take a few days .. its now over a week and Im still waiting for my refund, please explain why I havent got it.

Great location and nice decor. Decent enough bar and restaurant.

Staff were friendly but useless. I requested a cot when booking to find there was nothing in the room so the baby had to sleep in bed with us.also asked for a kettle but they didnt have one apparently meaning I had to go from 16th floor to restaurant every time I wanted hot water to make one. In the morning I was often told the restaurant isnt open so Id have to wait for hot water. I noticed a kettle behind the bar so asked every day that they boil that for me. They didnt really want to you could tell!

I do not like the location personally but convenient for me to walk to where I had to go for work. I like the restaurant downstairs, convenient and nice atmosphere

The location was absolutely brilliant! So close to Times Square, Grand Central Station, Empire State, Bryant Park (the list goes on!). The hotel was clean and the rooms beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and the roof top bar is perfect! The view of the Empire State from the roof top bar is UNREAL!
