The location was absolutely brilliant! So close to Times Square, Grand Central Station, Empire State, Bryant Park (the list goes on!). The hotel was clean and the rooms beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and the roof top bar is perfect! The view of the Empire State from the roof top bar is UNREAL!

Great location -close to a Subway stop if you didnt want to walk far but also walkable distance to a lot of the main tourist attractions.
Rooftop bar had incredible views of the Empire State Building. We didnt try the restaurant but it looked lovely. The room was clean and the shower was excellent! Staff were helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
The room was so dark! The decor was dark but the lighting was also super dim. We coped for a short stay though. Might be a bit depressing if you were staying in the room a lot!

Got a good deal and asked to upgrade my room by 6 and then ended up being charged over 250. What was a good deal turned into an expensive stay. Also I had to keep asking for towels and shower gel as they were never replaced after the room was clean.
