Positives:
The decor, staff, location, rooftop bar views were all great. We had some drinks and food on our stay too, all very good, food was particularly nice. Location is great, lots of nice bars and restaurants within walking distance, and subway options close by.
Negatives:
Its maybe a personal bug bear....All the advertisements on the web and social media, even for our room selection on the site showed river views. We were so dissapointed to have a room with no view nor privacy as there was an apartment balcony right outside our window. So blinds were down for the duration. Also, we were out early every day returning late afternoon to find our rooms had not been cleaned. Staff did knock to clean but at a time when we were preparing to head back out for the evening./showering. Through our 5 night stay, the rooms were done twice. We had put some clothes on top shelf of wardrobe, when taking clothes down, they were covered in dust. Finally word of warning bed corners, with the room being a little tight we did manage to clip our shins a few times. It's a lovely hotel, and staff were nice, but I need to give an honest view of our experience.
