Staff was super friendly and helpful. On-site workout facility with towels and water was nice.

My light next to bed didn't work without jiggling switch. There were no outlets next to the beds without reaching behind the nightstand. There was no fan in the bathroom! I stayed 9 days and the room was swept once. There was one long mirror and there was no lighting by it, which would have been helpful. The halls were hot and stuffy. The water in the shower was so hot it felt like burning your skin, but if you turned it down to a reasonable temperature it came out like a trickle. Two of us stayed for 10 days, 9 nights, and there wasn't near enough space for us both to unpack. I have no idea how 3 people would have managed. The fridge was not cold at all. I was overall disappointed in my stay...not in the staff who were great, but the facilities in general
