Mr. Purple was really cool. The views from the outdoor seating were beautiful around sunset! The staff were also great in the hotel lobby and Mr. Purple
Negatives:
For the price, I expected a much nicer and cleaner room. For starters, our alarm clock was broken and held together by black tape. Our curtains were also held together by gray duck tape and weren’t able to be put down. The handle to the hot water in the bathroom room was broken and could only be turned off by turning the cold water on and off. The floors and wall by the bed were extremelyyyy scuffed and had black markings everywhere. We only stayed for one night so I can’t rate too low but I was pretty disappointed.

Positives:
The location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. There were a ton of restaurants and bars within close walking distance. Most of which are open very late. Great night life in the area.
Negatives:
The noise coming from the rooftop club was significant on Friday night. I originally thought someone on my floor was having a party because the music was so loud. But it was the sound coming through the ventilation and a major vent was just outside my room door. I called the front desk and they brought up small foam ear plugs that weren’t even wrapped or packaged. They had no other rooms to move me to so I just had to wait until the club shut down for the night.

When we did is the reservation, it said that breakfast for 2 was included. When we checked in we had to fight to get the breakfast and they gave us a voucher for 15 dollars when the actual value was 25 per person. Also the pool hours are very disappointing since they closed the pool at 2pm and we had to wait till the next day at 9am just to find out the pool was extremely crowded

You have to pay to use the pool and bar area. I only picked it for the pool but it has a minimum spend of €150 at bar and Pool charge and as guest on her own that was crazy expensive. I would have stayed in another place if I had known this - I think it’s very unfair that it’s no specified on the booking. It shouldn’t be offered as a facility. Plus the music from the bar was blasting through the air vent too in my room. I didn’t find the staff very friendly.
