Near by everything. Easily walkable. Did keep luggage for me while i went for breakfast after checkout
Negatives:
No microwave on property or in room. Rooftop restaurant doesnt serve actual food, just appetizers. Small room and bathroom. TV doesn't connect to any streaming services but said they would. Couldn't get in contact with front desk with their phone it was giving the busy tone the entire time. Needed to go downstairs to find out any information.

Positives:
stayed 3 days, location was good as a base, a la carte breakfast was very tasty and very friendly breakfast staff, would have liked to have juice and coffee rather than choose between the two. Didn’t see or use rooftop bar etc so can’t comment.
Negatives:
I thought I’d chosen a higher priced room for a higher floor in Booking.com room options but we were given a room on 4th floor. It was expensive and small and depressing, facing the inside courtyard so the view was the dark and creepy windows of adjoining building. Our first time in NY in 35 years and had to keep the curtains closed, we spent all day out and just returned to sleep, very disappointing. If we weren’t so late arriving after a long journey from the UK I’d have asked to change it. Recommend asking for a window facing the front. No space to open our suitcases without blocking the door and could only open one at a time. Bathroom sliding door didn’t slide properly. I could go on but won’t!!

right in the heart of wall st. 10 mins walking to many places of interests such like ferry to statue of liberty, world trade center, and subway 2,3,4,5,6,a,c,e. close to chinatown and soho.
Negatives:
even disposable paper cups and water are charging some fees. not sure if there will be more when i’m checking out.
