I have nothing positive to say about the hotel. As someone who works in the travel industry and accommodations, I DEFINETELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !!!!

Safe-Locker was not work !! We told them to fix it, but they didn't. We had to take our valuables with us while walking the city. They came to repair it 2 days later. We put a note on the door for room cleaning. But the rooms were not cleaned. You need to tell the lobby. This is completely unprofessional. Only 1 elevator works in the hotel and there is always someone waiting for the elevator. The elevator is very bad! We went there based on the hotel's stars and ratings, but it was a total disappointment. DEFINITELY DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
