My husband, sister, and I stayed at this hotel on Saturday, Nov 9, for one night and had an incredibly frustrating experience. There was a miscommunication regarding whether breakfast was included in our rate. I gave my contact information as we were told the manager was not available and would contact us. We left our bags as our flight was later in the evening. When we got back, the manager was still not available and we had to leave to catch our flight.
Received an email from the manager, Gregory, before we got to the airport, I explained the issue and it's been four days, and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I find it completely unprofessional that the hotel could not address the issue before I checked out. It honestly feels like they’re intentionally avoiding resolving the situation. The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. I don't recommend this hotel.

Clean, nice hotel. Quiet hallways, comfortable beds and delicious smelling Bee Kind toiletries. Location convenient to Wall Street and tunnels. Quick uber ride to Brooklyn Bridge for photos. Parking is separate from hotel but right next door. Beware the valet garage is $89/night & wont accept an SUV larger than a Chevy Traverse, so forget parking your Tahoe there.
Negatives:
Nothing really. Quite satisfied with our choice, which was completely random. Note, we rented 2 rooms. The Booking.com price was $50 more….reserve directly with the hotel & pay in advance for best rate.

Fun NYC weekend getaway!
Positives:
Great location- but this is more of a hotel for travel and business. There was no one at the front desk for check in for quite a while when we arrived, which I’ve never seen before. The one woman who was there working was busy in the phone. She gave those of us waiting on line an attitude when inquiring about who could help all of us check in. In the end, she wasn’t even someone who was working the front desk. The room was clean but the check in experience alone was awful and set the tone for the trip.
