Room Was big and nice. The housekeeping staff was very nice, especially Mariana in floor 10 was very helpful and sweet.

street noise was loud
the room didn’t have a coffee machine or kettle and when I asked for a kettle, it took them two days to give it to me. they don’t have a room service and when I asked for a tea, they told me to go down the restaurant and take one.
The room conditioner was very hot and it made very loud noise that woke me up.

Great location, very close to pier 11 which was very important to us. Good location for exploring downtown and Brooklyn.

The room was nice and clean. Well equipped with towels and the essentials we needed. The location was great right off of Wall Street close to the water and the Brooklyn Bridge.

Wish water was stocked without requesting it. There is no room service which is a downer.

Room was big enough and tidy. Shower worked well. Location is excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
There was a flea in the bed. The bathroom door didn't close completely. The iron and ironing board should have a warning sign as they can ruin the clothes. Furniture, finishings, and decor are dated.
