The location is convenient for visiting Manhattan and Brooklyn. The area is very quiet.
Negatives:
It could very well be rated as 3 stars. The breakfast was pretty average, in our 5 day stay there was always the same food. The omelets looked like they were made with egg powder.
It would be convenient to provide folding luggage racks. We had 3 suitcases and everything on the floor.
Improve customer service at the reception.

Close to sights and experiences in lower Manhattan, with easy access to the subway, close proximity to walking over the Brook bridge and to the ER ferry. Lastly, good sized room - our family of four didnt feel cramped.

The room had a strong smell of cigarette, and it was not possible to choose the temperature of the air conditioning (it was too cold).

Room services -- top notch -- Claudia deserves a special mention for her professionalism !
breakfast team - very nice - made us feel welcome each morning. Unfortunately, forgot to ask their names but they were awesome! One slim and tall who loves singing reggae tunes saw that my daughter loves strawberries so he gave her a whole bowlfull and she was so excited. The other buff guy would bring you orange juice and tea once you showed up and the white guy greeted with a cheery good morning and asked what you wanted. wonderful team there!!!
