I loved the amount of elevators available and speed of the elevators- they were more than adequate to the number of guests in the hotel. The location and access to Grand Central was so convenient.

I did not like the parking. Upon checking in, valet parking was not well directed. It took 1 hour to wait on the valet man to come get the keys for our car. The text feature to retrieve the car did not work so we had to wait extra time to pick up our car.

While the hotel is in a great location, its very run down. The lobby looks great, but rooms are falling apart & old. Not very well cleaned, there was mold and hair in our bathroom. We repeatedly asked to be moved, but staff didnt help. Overpriced hotel
