Positives:
The location was really good, the room was also good. The bathroom, however was not as comfortable, as it had mildew spots in the bathtub. We were there for 8 days, and once I got the know the housekeeper, she did a really good job of keeping us comfortable.
Negatives:
I didn't like the check-in experience. We arrived after a long day of travel, me and my 2 small children, to a room that had no towels and no hot water. When I complained to the front desk they first told me to wait for the hot water and they sent up towels. After 45 minutes, still with no hot water, they were offering to send an engineer up, and this was at close to 3:00am. I refused the engineer and asked for a different room, which I got. The next day, we were out all day and returned to a room that was not cleaned and there were no fresh towels.

Location is great. The value was ok. The staff is very helpful.
Negatives:
Rooms were dark. Some towels were missing also the floor mat towel. There wasn’t a duvet cover they were covering the duvet with sheets which opened during the sleep. In the children’s room there were cockroaches. But after we spoke to the front desk. They changed the children’s room and fixed the problems.

The room was too small and dark. We were a group of four separated in two rooms, and the other couple got a much better room for the same price, also booked at booking.com.
