I want to complain about the room. In the advertisement it said that parking was included and it was a lie, I had to pay 90 dollars extra for that. I also chose the breakfast option (which is why I chose this place) and when I arrive at the hotel they tell me that it is not included. The bed was included for 3 people, and they tell me extra charge per bed (if I put that we are 3 people, there has to be room for 3 people, that's why I am paying). The worst of all is that they told us that they were going to bring us the bed during the day, which was not only a lie, but being close to 11.30 pm we still did not have the bed requested. I am extremely angry with the service of the hotel and I will not recommend it to my contacts. You have misleadingly advertised on Booking and I feel ripped off.
