Room was a little on the small size but that’s quite common in NY just about managed for 3 people & 2 cases, 4 people & or 3 cases would have been extremely tight

The location is perfect and the room, while a little small is perfect to accommodate everybody. We visited the rooftop a couple of times which was really nice. They gave us a few chips to exchange for drinks and the food was really good. The staff was very helpful and nice

I really loved the location! Super close to everything. Three minute walk to 7-11, 6 minute walk to the subway station, & a 10 minute walk to Times Square. The hotel is very well maintained, rooms are clean, beds are comfy & staff was great! Shout out to Brianna, she was AWESOME!!! Oh and the rooftop view is GORGEOUS at night!

The room was clean and spacious for two of us, we had the two queen beds. The hotel location was very convenient to nearby stores and restaurants. Our room had a small cooler/fridge which allowed us to cool our water bottles, a very nice touch.

Positives:
The ladies working check-in were very kind, professional, and efficient. The servers both at the bar and breakfast were just as great. The elevators were extremely quick, the room was very clean. I loved that they had vallet parking available, which was convenient for us. The location was perfect since we visited the Empire State Building and walked to Times Square. After visiting Times Square I was glad we didn’t stay closer to it because it was extremely overcrowded and I am not one to shy away from crowds.
Negatives:
The beds could have been more comfortable. The mattresses were on the thinner side and sort of hard, but they were fine for one night.
