Location was everything. Everything very clean in room, bathroom or commom premises. Beds were very comfortable. Very quiet at night too, you don't hear from neighboors or corridors. Free refill of water was much appreciated too. WiFi worked perfectly. Food at breakfast very good too, plenty of choice, never had to wait for a table (although we were 5) or refill. Staff was very professional, friendly and eager to help. Terrific price/quality ratio for Manhattan

Bunk sofa bed in bedroom could be of better comfort, even though it was used for 1.
What I really disliked in the hotel is to witness staff at reception had no chairs! Maybe because desk is very high, but I don't understand that they have staff standing all day long, this would only end up in severe MSD (musculoskeletal problems) and back pain. I really don't see the point of letting your staff suffering, just adjust the desk height! This is not something I would accept at my own workplace and as a customer, I found it very disturbing to somehow, participate to these work conditions.

I loved the location as it was close to the subway. I loved the complimentary breakfast as it was one less meal to worry about purchasing. The staff were wonderful.
