The fresh water dispenser in the lobby was a life saviour due to the heat wave we needed to stay hydrated...
Negatives:
One suggestion is to have a soap & hand cream dispensers by the sink in the bathroom ..
Meantime we loved our room on the upper floor.

Positives:
Our room was very cosy, clean and with a very nice view. Hotel is located in central Manhattan, so it is very easy to get everywhere from this place. Breakfast was tasty and vary every day.
Negatives:
I didn't like so much plastic equipment... plates, cups, cutlery etc. I prefer stainless steel cutlery and plates made of porcelain, earthenware, etc.

Positives:
Great location, walking distance to subway and buses. Around the corner from the biggest macys. Breakfast included, nothing major about the food but its fuel to get your day started.
Negatives:
Elevator takes forever to get, pillows weren't comfy but in general I didn't have any major complaints.

Location excellent, easy ealking distance to Broadway, 5th Avenue, 6th Avenue and Central Park if you like a walk. breakkfast choice good.

Breakfast gets very busy so you either have to put up with trying to find a table, uncleared tables and loads of people or get down early. To be fair there are warnings about this! Rooms and general decor could do with a refresh.

Great location for a fabulous...
Positives:
Location is what you pay for here, it is very convenient to walk to main sights in Manhattan. The room and bathroom were clean.
Negatives:
We were on the 24th floor but it was still very noisy, noise from the street plus the lift. The breakfast was very poor, I gave up on it after the second day. Dry fried eggs, some low quality sausages, hashbrowns and pancakes, every day the same. Minimal veg (celery and baby carrots, no tomato or cucumber) or fruit, no cheese or coldcuts and the watery americano, better not to have breakfast at all. However, there is a very good breakfast place right next to the hotel.

The location was ideal for getting to all the focal points of midtown manhattan. The room and bathroom were very clean.

The room size was smaller compared to some other hotel of similar budget. The bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast was meh.
