Only this we liked about this property was location and it is 15 mins walk to the time square 42st.

Very crowded and busy facilities. During breakfast time it get crowded and chaotic and have to wait for long time to get the table not enough space to accommodate based on number of people staying at facility. and on top of that you have to wait at-least 10 to 20 mins for elevator to go up or down the property. The number of elevator they have cannot cope with the amount of people staying at this hotel. Another thing we got two rooms with the king bed and sofa bed and rooms were very small and you can barely walk inside the room. The only good thing about room was great city view and was clean. Bathroom was small and you can barely stand in the bathroom and sink was clogged and water flow to the drain was slow.

How crowded it was. The elevator situation was a nightmare, the food was terrible, the mattress was soft and uncomfortable. I will not come back. Very expensive for the value.

Just bad.
Positives:
Perfect location. The staff is super polite and they do their best to resolve all your troubles. The breakfast is solid, you can even have real eggs and not so bad coffee. The beds are really comfy and all is clean. The view is spectacular. This is our second time staying here.
Negatives:
We booked room for 4 people but you simply can't fit in with the luggage. It would be nice if they said the truth and just say it's for 3 persons max. We had to take additional room and we had unexpected expenses due to that. The AC is terrible and makes noise. The hotel had issue with water so we were burnt couple of times, and we didn't have any water for one whole morning. They really did try to make it up but it just ruins some of the time spending in NYC and it's a bummer! We were compensated for 10% of those days that sucked.
If you stay at higher floors, be prepared to climb the staris because there isn't enough lifts and you'll wait forever.
