Absolutely great location for those cruising. The location is 1 block from the port! We walked to the port. Less than 5 minute walk.

Note that the reality of the picture above is that there are no cushions or water. After booking several months in advance, we arrived to find that they did not block a room for us. We waited a lengthy amount of time so that they could go check to see if a room was ready. The desk staff came back and assigned us a key. We walked into a room where lights were on, bed was unmade, and there was food everywhere. We went back down and waited longer. We were sent to another room. As we were going out the next morning, we were stopped and told that we could not complete our stay in that room. We had to return to the room and repack so that while out, they could move us to another room. 3 rooms in less than 8 hrs!!! Also, they charge a deposit of $300 extra and a convenience fee. These fees are not disclosed prior to booking

BOOKING NIGHTMARE- BEWARE!
Positives:
Place was clean. Plenty of elevators. The doorman was very Pleasant. The bald guy at the desk not so much. Let a man but ahead of me when checking out. The restaurant and rooftop bar were non existent. You need to take that off of your listing. Price was too expensive for what you get. Not a full service hotel. It would have been nice to at least get a complimentary coffee for paying $450 for the night. Coffee shop was close by.

We got a free room upgrade which made our stay amazing since we had a pretty nice suite with a solid view of the city. The bed was comfortable, shower was great, lots of space for NYC, friendly staff, we really enjoyed our stay all around and would definitely return!

Some noise from the street but that's to be expected. It wasn't too bad!
