Negatives: The property is showing its age and needs some freshening up and tending to details.

Negatives: We were staying on the 4th floor on a Friday night. Lots of noise echoed from the street until early hours of the morning. Perhaps consider staying at a higher floor overlooking the river if you are staying here.

Negatives: Nothing, everything was amazing!

Negatives: No information on the booking site prior to booking regarding: - closure of the restaurant - closure of the Spa - Renovation of the rooftop lounge. The room was extremely hot & AC could not be adjusted. The bar fridge in room did not keep items cool. Thankfully due to a 2nd fridge was provided that worked well.

Negatives: We had several problems with our room. Firstly the air conditioning wasn’t working so we had to change rooms. In the next room our toilet stopped working after one day and the maintenance couldn’t fix it so we had to change rooms again. There wasn’t a same room available that we had booked so we received two separate rooms. The location wasn’t great, it was very far from the centre and metro stations were also pretty far. Also the roof terrace of the hotel was under renovations so we didn’t have access to it at all.

Negatives: Unresponsive customer service. I had an issue with charges on my credit card after my stay. Called three times and sent an email, did not get a response. Had to take the issue up with my credit card company. Was very disappointed that the hotel was uninterested in resolving this issue. Will not stay again

Negatives: Noise, lack of a chair, shower was filthy , service ordinary

Negatives: There were several events at the hotel (weddings) so there was some celebratory noise that we could hear kinda late in the evenings, but the room was just perfect otherwise.

Negatives: At arrival and check in, valets and bellhops were VERY aggressive. I reached into my trunk to take my bag out and the valet literally scolded me and told me I couldn’t touch my own bag. I understand that they may be instructed to serve the hotel guests and all, but if I choose to handle my own bag, that’s my decision. Felt like I was a child being scolded. Front desk at check in was also not super welcoming. Had a MUCH better experience the morning we checked out with very pleasant staff. Also was disappointing that the trash cans in one of the rooms still had trash in them when we arrived. Only one washcloth in the bathroom for a room with 2 people. Overall still a good experience and would stay there again, but definitely some moments that were not the best.
