Positives: We got a free room upgrade which made our stay amazing since we had a pretty nice suite with a solid view of the city. The bed was comfortable, shower was great, lots of space for NYC, friendly staff, we really enjoyed our stay all around and would definitely return!

Negatives: I stayed on the 4th floor and there was a bar or night club under my window. It was Saturday night and I hear all noises all night long. Soundproofing is too bad.

Positives: I couldn’t say I liked anything about the property.
Negatives: Everything besides the security man at the door. The room was out dated. Carpet was stained. The TV wasn’t a smart TV. There was no microwave and the fridge was so small filled with their beverages which you had to purchase. I couldn’t even fit my food and my water in there.

Positives: Staff were so accommodating. We were staying for our honeymoon and they so kindly upgraded our room to the Hudson suite as there was space to do so. We had no issues with the hotel whatsoever. The man who checked us is was so kind and extremely helpful. The views from this suite … WOW!! Would highly recommend this room if you are able to. We went back to the room a few times around sunset to watch as it was just so beautiful. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the nearest subway and a 15/20 min walk to Times Square.
Negatives: Had we paid full price for the room we stayed in we would perhaps have mentioned a few areas which were in need of refreshing (some cabinets were tired looking, higher parts of bathroom weren’t cleaned) but that’s just picky
