Positives: Location was close to the ship terminal.
Negatives: Booked room was not available and was switched to another room where the A/C did not work. We finally switched to another room where everything worked. However there was a club right across the street that kept us up all night. Surroundings was an eye sore.

Positives: The elevators were a little confusing and the air conditioning didn’t go as cold as we would have liked but everything else was amazing! The staff were so friendly and it was in the most amazing location with lots of things in walking distance and a perfect place to explore food/shopping in the city whilst feeling extremely safe.
