Positives:
the front desk LIED about having rooms available and the CRO had to look for other places to stay. She arrived after midnight and only when she got ahold of her EA was the booking confirmed through Navan. The electricity went out in the executive's room for over 40 minutes. This was a FAVORITE GO TO HOTEL, but we will not book here again.

I like that all the beverage are included in the room costs so that I don't need to carry water from a convenience store. Our room is on the 3rd floor near an elevator and facing the streets, but it's not as noisy as the same level hotels I previously stayed when in NYC. The rooms are also relatively big to other hotels I searched with similar costs.

Positives:
Everything, this is the first time when I was extremely happy about everything in a hotel. The size of the rooms, how new and clean the rooms are. Beds and pillows are comfortable, cleaning is done to the highest standard, rooms are quiet. Location is excellent, walking distance to all Manhattan "must-sees", also the tube is very nearby to get to Brooklyn, Downton fast. Could not reccomend it higher enough.
