The hotel has great location, clean rooms, friendly staff.
The double queen bad room was spacious enough for NYC, and had better value than other similar hotels in the area.
Negatives:
The room noise isolation is very bad. The people in the room upstair were very loud (shouting, jumping etc) and it was impossible to sleep. Had a feeling they were doing all that noise in our room.

Great location. Room was a good size for NYC and was good value as business hotels in NYC go. We didn't have time to take advantage of any of the facilities.

The $45/night "resort fee". It isn't a resort and has limited facilities. They offer a $30/night credit against that fee but I would rather they didn't charge it at all.
