Great location. Close proximity to the theater where we were seeing a play. Staff was efficient and friendly at check in and check out. Beautifully decorated lobby. The entire hotel was so clean it impressed a clean freak like me! Bathroom was spotless and well maintained. The restaurant was excellent! Short rib sliders-wow! Breakfast was generous with multiple choices for any dietary need. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the security features in place for utilizing the elevators to access the rooms. Would certainly stay there again!
Negatives:
Although the hotel was quiet, there was a fair amount of street noise. Noise is to be expected in this busy part of the city. This did not impact our ability to sleep.

I have been double charged guys!!!!!!! By you and the hotel. What’s going on??????? Service standards and staff support at the counter were very low. Booked the hotel for the breakfast option. No real vegetarian options in breakfast.

They detect the money one day before the arrival and the agreement is to pay in property.
The same day of check in we received a room phone call from stranger trying to introduce himself as if he knew us and waiting our visit. The staffs were rude. The breakfast was poor and the restaurant staffs were rude as well. Not recommended at all
