Positives: The room size !! The bed comfort !!

Negatives: All the staff always had a sour face! No friendliness or kindness! It seems like they work in a terrible place! And it seems like they are doing you a favor by serving you! They don’t they have no interest in helping the clients at all! I have never seen this behavior anywhere I have stayed. The breakfast they charge you is a fake !! They don’t have a restaurant and they give you a voucher to go in a restaurant that they choose ! You pay the normal prices of menu and you don’t have any kind of advantages !! I prefer to choose myself the place i want having breakfast! It is not clear in the reservation this situation !! They don’t specified it before booking!

Negatives: 8 am Sunday being woken up with very loud maintenance in the next room with loud hammering and drilling!! Had to call downstairs and the man who answered couldn’t even hear me the noise was so loud. Staff later said no construction happening. Did you think I was lying???

Positives: Location is excellent, the staff was friendly, the room was clean. Our order included breakfast and the hotel, which lacks a restaurant, gave us coupon for a nearby diner. The negative points: too few drawers and shelves, not convenient to store your cloths. And the hotel was described in Booking.COM as a five star hotel. Well, this is not a five star hotel. Maybe four.
